Production timelines vary based on order size and current workload. Turnaround time begins after final proof approval and payment. If you have a deadline, let us know early so we can plan accordingly.
Changes are welcome during the proof stage. Once a design is approved and production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
We do our best to match colors as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to fabric, ink, and screen settings. Minor differences are considered normal in custom printing.
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use all logos, images, and designs provided. This includes business trademarks and organization logos.
Because all items are custom-printed, all sales are final. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right.
